1. Products & Hair Quality

Q: What types of hair do you offer?

A: We offer 100% virgin human hair, (Indian & Vietnamese hair). Our collections include bundles, closures, and frontal wigs (lace front, full lace, and HD lace).

Q: Is your hair 100% human and unprocessed?

A: Yes, our raw hair is 100% human, unprocessed, and free from chemical treatments.

Q: How long does the hair last?

A: With proper care, our human hair can last 1–2 years.

Q: Can I color or bleach the hair?

A: Absolutely. Our virgin human hair can be dyed or bleached for any preference with customization.

2. Orders and Payments

Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place an order directly on our website. Just select your product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and all other online purchasing services. Split payments of any kind are not permitted.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days after orders are processed.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees may vary based on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns and Exchanges are not permitted. All sales are final.

5. Hair Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I care for my hair extensions/wigs?

A: Use sulfate-free shampoo, deep condition after use, and avoid excessive heat. Store wigs on a mannequin head when not in use.

Q: Can I swim or sleep in the hair?

A: While possible, it’s not recommended to swim or sleep in extensions without proper protection. Use a satin bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction. To swim, it's all dependent on the wig installment quality.
